In my book Drop the Ball, I outline how women can achieve more by doing less. This philosophy changed my life, but I admittedly don't always follow my own advice and figure out what I can let go. One day, when I was feeling personally overwhelmed, I looked at an article I wrote for The New York Times on this very topic and specifically how to shorten your to-do list. Even though the words were my own, I really needed to hear it. I realized that sometimes everyone everyone needs to hear their own advice. Watch and learn how.
